Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

  • A valid payment method is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received.

  • Any outstanding balance must be paid in full prior to check-in, as specified in your booking confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to check-in to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a partial or full charge.

  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time is from 4 PM. Check-out time is by 11 AM.

  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Occupancy and House Rules

  • The maximum number of guests per property is 6.

  • No parties or events are allowed without prior written approval.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

  •  Pets are allowed with prior approval.

5. Damages, Missing Items, and Security Deposit

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay.

  • If any items are lost, missing, or broken, the cost of replacement or repair will be charged to the Guest.

  • A security deposit of [insert amount] may be required. This deposit is refundable after check-out, provided no damage or loss has occurred.

  • The property will be inspected after check-out. If damages or missing items are discovered, we reserve the right to withhold part or all of the security deposit and/or bill the Guest for additional costs.

6. Conduct and Liability

  • Guests are expected to treat the property and neighbors with respect.

  • We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

  • Any illegal activity or violation of these terms may result in immediate eviction without refund.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information will only be used for the purposes of your booking and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

8. Agreement

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
